Episode 6
Taking Back the Roots of Yoga

November 10

6pm EDT/3pm PDT LIVE

In a world that seems to be intent on being in a state of confusion, holistic practitioners are thankful to have access to a wealth of tools that provide us with an opportunity to sit and be in observation of our current condition. But how do we weave together wellness practices to fit our contemporary needs, while paying homage to the ancient architects and cultures that have provided us with these tools for change and transformation?

Join Susanna Barkataki, Jocelyn Gordon, and David Lipsius as they join our panel to discuss how these embodied practices not only transform the individual, but as Reverend Angel Kyodo Williams says,  can help us reach “a critical mass of change makers”
